 How do I get a quote?
Call us at 513-503-6700, 8 AM–8 PM, seven days a week. Tell us where you’re moving from and to, the size of your home, and your move date, and we’ll give you a free quote over the phone.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Downtown Cincinnati, OTR, Hyde Park, Mason, West Chester, Covington, Newport, Fort Thomas, and Park Hills. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.

Do you handle high-rise and apartment moves?
Yes, they’re our specialty. We started Norse Movers as property managers, so we know how buildings work. We coordinate with building management to reserve freight elevators, loading docks, parking, and security access so your move goes smoothly.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for my building?
Yes. Many high-rise and apartment buildings require one before move day. Give us your building manager’s contact info and we’ll send it over.

How much does a move cost?
Local moves are priced by the hour based on crew size, starting at $150 per hour for 2 movers and a truck. Every move is different, so call us for a free quote.

Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes, local moves have a 3-hour minimum.

Do you offer packing services?
Yes. We can pack your whole home, just the fragile items, or anything in between. We also unpack at your new place.

Do you do long-distance moves?
Yes. We handle moves across Ohio and out of state. Call us to talk through your plans.

Do you move businesses and offices?
Yes. We plan commercial moves to keep your downtime to a minimum, including after-hours or weekend moves when needed.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend calling 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends, the end of the month, and summer, when demand is highest. For last-minute moves, call anyway, because we can often fit you in.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Venmo.

Is there anything you won’t move?
For safety reasons, we can’t move hazardous materials like gasoline, propane tanks, paint, or cleaning chemicals. We also can’t move firearms or live plants on long-distance moves.
